  • Our jewelry can be exposed to a normal amount of water/sweat. Wipe off the water after wearing your jewelry and store it in a jewelry bag.
  • Overtime, even the highest quality plated jewelry will need to be re-plated as plating naturally wears down overtime.
  • Avoid sleeping with jewelry on.
  • Over time, with normal wear, the gold plating may fade.

Orders are usually shipped within 2–6 business days. Delivery timelines may vary by location, but most orders arrive within 4-10 business days across India.

I put the wrong address. How can I change it?

Due to hygienic reasons, we do not offer returns or exchanges on any of our jewelry. Please make sure to read the product details carefully before placing your order.

What if my jewelry arrives damaged?

Please email us with photos of the product and packaging within 24 hours of delivery, and we’ll sort it out right away.

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled- unless it’s a Cash on Delivery (COD) order and has not been shipped yet.
